Welcome to RentGrandBend.com, a platform that connects hosts who have accommodations to rent with guests seeking to rent such accommodations. These terms of service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our platform as a host or guest. 1. Description of Services
   RentGrandBend.com provides a way for hosts to list their properties for rent and for guests to book such properties. We do not own or manage any of the properties listed on our platform, and we do not have any control over the conduct of hosts or guests.

2. Booking and Payment
   2.1 When a guest books a property through our platform, we will collect payment from the guest and hold it in trust until the start of the rental period.
   2.2 We will pay the host the rental amount, minus any applicable fees, within a reasonable time after the end of the rental period.
   2.3 Guests may cancel a booking subject to the host’s cancellation policy, which will be displayed on the property listing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
   3.1 Hosts may set their own cancellation policy, which will be clearly communicated on their property listing.
   3.2 If a guest cancels a booking, we will refund the guest in accordance with the host’s cancellation policy.
   3.3 If a host cancels a booking, we will refund the guest in full, and the host may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Liability
   4.1 RentGrandBend.com is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests or hosts during the rental period.
   4.2 Guests and hosts are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage to protect against any potential loss, damage, or injury.

5. Disputes
   5.1 If a dispute arises between a guest and a host, we encourage them to try to resolve the dispute amicably.
   5.2 If an amicable resolution is not possible, either party may seek resolution through a court of competent jurisdiction.

6. Termination
   6.1 RentGrandBend.com may terminate this Agreement at any time if there is a violation of its terms or if required by law.
   6.2 Upon termination, you will no longer be able to use our platform as a host or guest.

7. Changes to the Agreement
   7.1 RentGrandBend.com reserves the right to update this Agreement by posting a revised version on the platform.
   7.2 Your continued use of our platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RentGrandBend.com is based.

9. User Responsibilities
   9.1 As a user of RentGrandBend.com, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when creating an account, listing a property, or making a booking.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

    10.2 You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any RentGrandBend.com intellectual property without obtaining prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities
    11.1 You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of RentGrandBend.com, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or introducing malicious code.
